You can find Saizeriya’s allergy information here.
Until recently, our family had a strong impression that Saizeriya = Italian food, and Italian = cheese, so we had always assumed that it was not a restaurant suitable for our daughter with a dairy allergy.
In fact, for nearly ten years since our daughter was born, we rarely even considered going to Saizeriya.
However, the other day during a business trip, I stopped by Saizeriya for lunch for the first time in a while. Out of curiosity, I glanced at the allergy information on the menu, and…
To my surprise, there were quite a few menu items that do not contain dairy!
After that, we visited Saizeriya several times with our daughter to test things out carefully and ensure her safety. Now, she’s become a big fan of the place!
Our Daughter’s Favorites
- Shrimp Salad (No dairy in the dressing)
- Clam Soup Spaghetti (Salt-Based) (No dairy ingredients)
She now happily says, “I can eat here!” and it’s such a relief to have more options when dining out.
There are many more dairy-free items on the menu!

Quick Note
While it’s essential to check allergy labels, the official allergen info on Saizeriya’s website and the in-store booklets are very easy to read and reassuring.
(Just in case, we also recommend confirming with the staff when ordering.)
We’ll continue to share more restaurants that are “Milk-Free Kids Friendly”!
